Complete (Complis) French, Baguette and Rolls
This highly nutritional French Bread contains complete complex proteins and lots of fiber.  Our Complete French retains the light texture of a French baguette, but with added healthful benefits.  Enjoy it as you would a French Baguette, along side a pasta dinner or just dipped in olive oil.

High Protein Seeded Sandwich Bread
Wholegrain goodness and fresh, nutty flavor are brought together in this bread. Seven types of grains and seeds provide a perfect balance of amino acids, omeg-3-fatty acids, and an abundance of vitamins and minerals.  A moist, consistent crumb and a thin, crisp crust make this loaf great for sandwiches. We’ll slice it for you!

Six Grain Bread
Our traditional German Rye with the addition of many whole grains. Dense, chewy and hearty, try Six Grain Bread sliced thinly and paired with a variety of cheeses.

German Rye
A traditional German Rye with a dense, chewy texture and a medium crust.  This hearty rye makes a heavenly ham sandwich. Unbleached white flour, medium rye flour, water, natural levain, salt, yeast. 

Country French
This wholesome, versatile bread has been an important part of French diets for centuries. A crusty round made with a mix of white, whole wheat and rye flours, Country French offers a surprisingly light texture amidst a background of subtle sourdough flavor. For a magnificent sandwich, slice bread thickly, spread with pesto and layer with fresh mozzarella, plenty of greens and sliced tomato.

Country French with Walnuts
Our Country French bread is transformed with the addition of abundant fresh walnuts. The combined flavors of subtle sourdough and nuts make a nourishing, dense and delectable loaf. Slice it thinly and pair with goat cheese. Its flavor is enhanced with toasting.

Multigrain
Hearty, healthful and palate-pleasing, this bread is similar to our Country French, but with the addition of multiple whole grains. Multi-Grain makes the best grilled cheese and tomato sandwich ever!

Wheat and Rye
In the style of a French Country Rye, this hearty bread has a pleasant whole rye flavor but without the addition of caraway.  With a chewy texture, a crisp crust and a subtly tart flavor, this satisfying bread rounds-out any meal.

Sunflower Currant Wheat & Rye
A version of our Wheat and Rye bread packed with sweet currants and nutty sunflower seeds. This dense, chewy loaf makes a great breakfast bread. Its flavor is enhanced with toasting.
